Position Summary:

This Executive Professional Search (EPS) Sr. Recruiting Consultant is responsible for running full lifecycle recruiting for Novo’s EPS clients. There will be a heavy focus on timely candidate identification, assessing qualification match, candidate presentation to clients and maintaining a pipeline of highly qualified executive or senior management candidates. The EPS Sr. Recruiting Consultant will partner with the EPS Client Services Leader (CSL), Novo’s Research and Operations teams to set up projects, effectively research, pipeline ad recruit talent for Novo EPS clients, to add value and bring in revenue while building a positive reputation of Novo in the marketplace.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support and manage single or multiple mid-executive level searches
  • Participate in/Lead discussions with the EPS CSL and client to define scope, project objectives and identify sourcing/recruiting strategies across the full recruitment lifecycle as a sole contributor or as part of a team
  • Define and set weekly targets needed to achieve project success and manage to client’s expectations
  • Develop and execute behavioral based interview questions, aligned to client’s needs, probing and interpreting candidate responses
  • Source passive candidates using advanced name generation techniques, cold-calling, networking and leveraging referrals
  • Gather and advise clients on labor trends, market intelligence and conditions that may impact the success of the project
  • Gather all necessary candidate background information to effectively present to clients
  • Coach, manage and consult candidates through closing
  • Conduct weekly status meetings with your client(s) and EPS CSL
  • Complete administrative tasks (metrics reporting, communications, coordination, etc) as needed


Travel Responsibilities:

  • Travel is negligible (unless on-site for projects, then a daily commutable distance)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting, specifically Manager-Executive level search
  • Prior recruiting experience and success working with and consulting with senior executive levels
  • Proficient knowledge of Manufacturing, IT, Sales, HR and Finance industries/functional areas

Educational Requirements:
